HOW DOES UP17® WORK?

UP17 enables you to receive coaching and instruction from UP17 ProCoaches – all former Major League players. Through Individual Lessons or an ALL ACCESS PASS subscription, UP17 makes it easy to submit videos of your pitching and hitting for critique, and to connect with your ProCoach for advice.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC PROCOACH?

UP17 initially assigns your video to a ProCoach that best fits your profile (this is why it is important to give us that valuable information within your profile page). After your first video analysis, subsequent videos will be assigned to the same ProCoach (when possible) to ensure the best results for you.

HOW MUCH DOES UP17 COST?

If you’d like to submit a video for an Individual Lesson with a ProCoach, you’ll need a token. Tokens are available for $75 each (or $65/ea. if you buy tokens in packages of 6).

For greater access and a stronger coaching relationship, you can choose an ALL ACCESS PASS subscription – available in one-month to 12-month increments for hitting AND/OR pitching. Longer subscriptions offer greater savings (see pricing below).

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR TEAMS OR LEAGUES?

Yes! We have Team Packages available to teams with a minimum of ten players (with at least five hitters and five pitchers). Custom League Packages are available to leagues with a minimum of five teams (or 50 individual players). You can find out more about our Team and League Packages here.

WHAT DOES AN UP17 TOKEN GET ME?

An UP17 token gives you the ability to submit a video for an Individual Lesson with an UP17 ProCoach, all of whom are former Major League players. Along with a voiceover analysis, your Individual Lesson will include markups on your video, written notes from the ProCoach, drills to help your development, and a digital Certificate of Authenticity.

WHAT DOES AN UP17 ALL ACCESS PASS SUBSCRIPTION GET ME?

An UP17 ALL ACCESS PASS allows you to stay in constant contact with your ProCoach to maximize your development and instruction. You get regular calls and texts with your ProCoach, unlimited video submissions, and the ability to take full advantage of the knowledge our ProCoaches have.

HOW DO I KNOW A FORMER MAJOR LEAGUE PLAYER IS REVIEWING MY VIDEO?

We provide a detailed profile of each ProCoach and guarantee they are reviewing your submission. The voiceover is a genuine voice of the former Major Leaguer and the digital Certificate of Authenticity guarantees so.

HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE OR COUPON?

DOES UP17 OFFER A MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE?

Yes! We want all players to get the most out of their UP17 experience. If you are not happy with the quality of your review please contact support@up17app.com and we will give you the choice of having the review done over or getting a refund.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO SHOOT A VIDEO?

The biggest tip we can provide is to shoot your video in landscape (no vertical videos!) so we can get a good view of the action. Try to get 5 to 7 swings for a hitting review, or 3 to 5 pitches for a pitching review. And always keep a safe distance from the subject (shoot from behind a protective net or screen if possible).

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY VIDEO IS OF GOOD ENOUGH QUALITY TO REVIEW?

We will do our best to analyze all submitted videos. If a submission is not clear enough to give you the best possible feedback, an UP17 customer service representative will notify you to resubmit your video with better quality. And of course, this will not cost anything extra.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO PROTECT MY CHILD WHILE USING UP17?

The personal safety of children and the protection of their privacy is a top priority for UP17. We adhere to the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, (COPPA), and we carefully screen all of our ProCoaches before allowing them to join our team. HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

To change your password, go to the “Profile” tab, scroll down to “My Account” and choose “Edit.”
